| 中文描述 | 火雞的嚴重感染性疾病,其主要損傷為後代的氣囊炎.此病遍及全世界;在自然屆的感染,發生率高(20-65%).為母雞傳給小雞的垂直感染,且有低孵化率及低幼禽活力.損傷主要為胸肺泡,且伴隨有二次性的感染.肺泡囊會變厚,有黃色滲出物附著在組織上,腔內有許多乾酪樣不同大小的斑點.診斷為病史'臨床症狀'損傷'血清學檢驗,確診則是藉由輸卵管或陰莖上霉漿菌的分離. |

| 英文描述 | A severe infectious disease of turkeys in which the primary lesion is an airsacculitis in progeny. Distributed worldwide; incidence is high (20-65%) in natural infection. Transmitted vertically from hen to chick and associated with low hatchability and poult vitality. Lesions are primarily confined to the thoracic air sacs and complicated by secondary infections. There is thickening of the air sac walls with adherence of a yellow exudate to the tissues and presence of various sized flecks of caseous material in the lumen. Diagnosis is by history, clinical signs, lesions, serology (rapid plate, HI, tube agglutination, ELISA), and confirmed by isolation of MYCOPLASMA MELEAGRIDIS from oviducts or phallus. |
